“If a woman has a discharge, and the discharge from her

body is blood, she shall be set apart seven days; and whoever touches her shall be unclean until evening.” Leviticus 15:19

When you consider the teachings on the issue of being unclean in God’s eyes, it is easy to understand a variety of church teachings against even the idea of sex. However, all of our uncleanness has passed in God’s eyes through His Son’s sacrifice. Consider the Word.

Those in Christ are washed clean spiritually!

“Now where there is remission of these, there is no longer an offering for sin. Therefore, brethren, having boldness to enter the Holiest [Holy of Holies] by the blood of Jesus, by a new and living way which he consecrated for us, through

the veil, that is, his flesh, and having a High Priest [in Christ Jesus] over the house of God, let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure

water.” Hebrews 10:18-22

You should understand that those who are sincerely “in Christ” are not unclean or inhibited in any way from freely entering the Holy of Holies!

I’ve heard it said often that you truly are not with God until He has gotten into your pocket book. Listen, this is real truth. Until you surrender your human sexuality to God, you are not fully surrendered to Him. Money? He doesn’t care about your money and He certainly doesn’t need your money! Remember, Jesus sent his apostles out into the field without a money purse

and they never lacked anything! He cares about your heart and your obedience! When you surrender your sexuality to God, then you’ve truly surrendered. Long before I did that I had already surrendered my pocketbook. We humans like to hold out from a total surrender. We like to

have some control and sexuality is the last hold out in my opinion. Yet if you do surrender your sexuality, you can find God in every aspect of your life. That includes while you are engaged in the spiritual act of making love.
