Chapter 19: Myth—Sexuality Doesn’t Matter

d) All sex is diminished or non-existent in the upper part of Zone 1 with those who live in a constant state of holiness to God. The most holy
state we can enter sheds the flesh and encompasses a spiritual state of being One with God. We cannot live in this state constantly since our human body functions cannot go totally ignored indefinitely. Yet, in this deep state of the spirit, one does not care about the flesh or sex.
e) There is nothing inherently evil about nude photos and they must be distinguished from pornographic images. They must also be separated from the nakedness of the next of kin issue. Many nude photos reflect
the beauty of our God given body design. Pornographic photos exhibit acts of sex in a variety of ways. And a nude photo of a woman next to a sex toy or machine is in itself pornographic. Sex poses that expose genitals inherently tend to be pornographic in nature.
f) Solitary sex is not necessarily moral self-contained sex.
Note: In addition to what zone a sexual activity may fall in, it is useful to also consider some examples of what is lewd, lascivious or licentious. This table only offers examples; it is not meant to be complete.
