Chapter 19: Myth—Sexuality Doesn’t Matter

Both statements reflect Bill Maher’s spiritual ignorance and lack of
knowledge about God and what true faith is about. Maher mocks God, but fails to understand that people of faith are the real critical thinkers. They are critical thinkers because they understand God’s perspective. People of faith are three-dimensional people. People like Maher are two-dimension people.
It gets back to having three primary sources of thought input or only having two primary thoughts. Maher, like Clinton, thinks with his mind and heart, but lacks any capacity to think with his soul.
One thing is for sure. It is harder to live up to your faith in God when sin reigns close to your heart as in the illustration of Dick Cheney and his lesbian daughter. However, if any parent has true love and compassion, they will reprove their children for everyone’s eternal sake. That will be more meaningful to their adult child than the temporary satisfaction of any lesbian
or other sexually immoral relationship.
People like Bill Maher, devoid of God, are simply debased of any spiritual discernment ability. They simply cannot understand truth because
the truth is not in them. As a result, they are stuck in a two-thought mode and can only belittle what they cannot possibly comprehend. The real issue, which Maher fails to grasp, is not whether sin will occur in our family or society, but whether a morally true love would still stand tall to teach our
family and society that immorality costs us all too much. Past generations of Americans had such morally based love. Like the unpredictable genocide that occurs with abortion, sexual immorality takes an unpredictable toll on not just the sinner, but on those who love them and want to do their best to
support them. It also takes a collective toll on society changing it from a moral one to an immoral one. God turns His back on immoral societies!
Would the sexually immoral person be so inclined to sin if they knew
it was equivalent to tying a spiritual boat anchor around the neck of those who love them? Family that fails to reprove sexual immorality can wind up in the same eternal boat, because God says that they will bear sin-guilt by not reproving sin. Woe unto all families and our society if we continue to
succumb to the pressures of immorality. All of this is too complicated for a simple two-dimensional, two-thought source person to fully comprehend.
