Myth—God Owns Solid Rock
Nothing will escape the end time review of your life’s actions at the
time of judgment if you are evil. Paul reminds us those deceitful workmen like William Neal Matthews will in the end get a payback regardless of whether or not it occurs on this earth. Here is a list of some reactions from people who could have done something about this crime but chose not to.
How Community Players Supported Evil!
1. Local newspaper refused to run ads under threat of lawsuit. 2. Local newspaper refused to assist in informing community.
3. Large chunk of membership simply formed a new church. 4. State Attorney General ignored two written theft complaints. 5. City Police Chief ignored a written theft complaint. 6. County Sheriff ignored a written theft complaint.
7. County Attorney blew off a written theft complaint. 8. Large Minneapolis law firm compromised a righteous judge. 9. An unrighteous judge threw out a civil case on a technicality. 10. District Assembly of God sold out the congregation for money.
If you steal an automobile, the county attorney won’t hesitate to prosecute you. However, steal a church and that is very a different matter. You can see that people had the opportunity to do their job or at least be a
righteous person and help where they could. Yet in many instances, the theft of a church is a hot potato. Those charged with criminal prosecution will pass it off as a civil litigation issue. Once done, you need deep pockets to litigate any solution. Wow. Someone can steal a church and when the beans
are spilled on how it happened no one cares. Should I? Such is the depth of the confusion over righteousness in the church and society at large today.
“I wrote to the church, but Diotrephes, who loves to be first,
will have nothing to do with us. So if I come, I will call attention to what he is doing, gossiping maliciously about us. Not satisfied with that, he refuses to welcome the brothers. He also stops those who want to do so and puts them out of the church.” 3 John 1:9-10 NIV
