Myth—God Owns Solid Rock

“Woe to you … you hypocrites! You shut the kingdom of

Heaven in men’s faces. You yourselves do not enter, nor will you let those enter who are trying to.” Matthew 23:13

Verily I say to you that I have lived and witnessed the above facts in

today’s churches. And why not, Satan began infiltrating the church over 2,000 years ago. Does anyone think he has stopped his objectives? The practice of Satan’s servants is more sophisticated or easier today depending upon your perspective. Satan also has to contend with righteous believers

leaving mainline churches in search of spiritual truth. Be aware that most of the dropping away of churches from biblical truths has occurred within the last fifty years or so since 1950. Clearly no mainline church would dare even propose the consecration of homosexual bishops or the condoning of divorce and fornication in 1950, which are just three obvious illustrations.

The further away from truth that any church moves, the faster some believers will exit in search for a new church centered on Bible truth. In this new millennium, there is a clear dichotomy when it comes to Bible text. It

was not always that way. It would appear we just underwent a 2,000-year setup by Satan. The false trinity and salvation doctrines are key in ignoring Bible truth. If you “claim” Christ with your mouth, you don’t need a Bible, do you? Another line is drawn like the one Moses drew after coming down

from the mountain with the Ten Commandments. Choose carefully, which side of the line to stand on. One recognizes Bible truth, the other doesn’t.

Observe these nine facts about religious teachers that Jesus taught:

1. Teachers “appeared righteous” in their teachings. 2. Teachers “performed” for the congregation [for men to see]. 3. Teachers did not practice what they preached.

4. Teachers did not personally observe God’s Word in their lives. 5. Teachers imposed heavy burdens on the people. 6. Teachers would not lift a finger to help with those burdens. 7. Teachers shut the doors to God’s kingdom in men’s faces.

8. Teachers refused to enter God’s kingdom themselves. 9. Teachers said one thing and did another; they were hypocrites.
