Myth—God Owns Solid Rock

Jesus explains clearly that Satan will influence you with the things of

men and of this world. Instead of a heavenly focus, you will get influenced to focus on this earthly life and the things of men. This is another way you will know who you are dealing with. Is the focus on this world or is the focus on Heaven? If one pulpit teacher says: “The anointing belongs to you

for your health and wealth on earth” — and another says: “You will suffer on earth like Christ suffered” — which one is of God? Figure out which one is a heavenly focus and you’ll have the answer. Unfair question? I don’t think so. Not when you consider some other things that Christ taught us.

Now let’s return to another graphic illustration of my church travels for further discussion. Set aside the two-zone analysis where one group or zone adheres to Bible instructions and the other doesn’t. This time, let’s separate out the churches I traveled through into three separate zones based

upon their use of emotion during the worship service. Don’t get mad at me by the church identities below. Remember, this is just the path I traveled and it is for illustrative purposes. I will use my own life to explain three new zones and why Satan may also be waiting for you in a WOF church.
