Myth—God Owns Solid Rock

Clearly Zone 1 churches benefit from the false trinity and salvation

doctrines talked about earlier, but these are not something they counterfeit since they are orthodox teachings. These two false doctrines are reasons the Bible’s text can be so easily ignored. However, there is usually no attempt in Zone 1 churches to work at “miracles, signs and wonders.” On the other

hand, Word of Faith [WOF] churches specialize in these three areas.

Indeed, the WOF church seeks to convince you that it is behind all of God’s Word. Yet it carefully crafts a message to be ever so deceptive and

enticing. It is the WOF church that we now need to consider further. Let’s contrast God’s Word against WOF church practices to see if they line up with biblical truth. You may be surprised if you are into such a church with your emotions today. Have I told you that the difficulty of leaving any church is also in direct proportion to the length of time that you and your

family have attended it? What if your children are grown adults with their own families attending the same church in which you’ve just discovered is not telling the truth? Do you think they will leave with you as you exit the church just taking your word for it? If the WOF church has done its job

programming your family members and drawing in everyone’s emotions, anyone who leaves will be looked down upon as not saved or even evil. Be aware of these words of Jesus concerning family conflict.

“Do not suppose that I have come to bring peace to the earth. I did not come to bring peace, but a sword. For I have come to turn man against his father, a daughter against her mother, a daughter-in-law against her mother-

in-law—a man’s enemies will be the members of his own household.” Matthew 10:34-36 NIV

Jesus goes on to point out that he must be first over family members.

Conflict arises when both sides claim that this is true, but one side states the church is evil. I bear witness to such family conflicts. These disputes would resolve themselves if everyone just submitted to the word of God. They don’t. Many in the family will take sides with a so-called “anointed” pastor

over their very own mother and father. Why? It is because they have been regularly programmed that they should not “mess with God’s anointed!”
