Chapter 10: The False Trinity Doctrine
Page 13
The authors of the New King James Bible state that this symbol is
also a historical trinity symbol similar to the previous one. However, a Christian movement with at least 100,000 or more adherents declares the NKJV is the ultimate apostasy since it purports to be a simple update of the revered King James Bible. In fact, they state that the only English version
not filled with error is the King James Version (KJV). This subject was discussed in detail earlier and shown to be without merit. For now, consider that the debate3 also focuses on the NKJV trinity symbol as a sign of Satan.
Three interlocked fishes instead of three interlocked 6’s? It does not take much imagination to see three interlocked fishes. However, you have to use a little more imagination to see the 6’s. Who draws a six this way? This is how people visualize interlocking fishes and interlocking 6’s.
Interlocking Fishes?
Interlocking 6’s?
Are the above trinity symbols interlocked fishes representing a trinity doctrine that was adopted in the early years of the Christian church? Or, are
they signs of Satan carried and used by those taken in by Satan’s deception? I have no concern about the symbol used on the NKJV Bible. I believe that the symbol is just interlocking fishes and another manmade visualization of a doctrine adopted in the early years of the church. Does this mean that the
trinity symbol is completely innocent? I’m not so sure.
