Chapter 10: The False Trinity Doctrine

“But this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the Lord: I will put My law in

their minds, and write it on their hearts; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people.”

“No more shall every man teach his neighbor, and every

man his brother, saying, ‘Know the Lord,’ for they all shall know Me, from the least of them to the greatest of them, says the Lord. For I will forgive their iniquity, and their sin I will remember no more.” Jeremiah 31:31-34

If you don’t know God, you are not listening to His soft voice inside your heart and mind. You need to settle down into a quiet state. Many people simply drown out God’s voice with a busy lifestyle that leaves no room for dialogue with God. Some people do this intentionally. They know

that God’s voice rises up inside of them. It is the wicked lifestyle they seek to enjoy that keeps them ignoring His instructions.

“Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among

the nations, I will be exalted in the earth!” Psalm 46:10

Be Still, And Know God!

So, if you are not making progress with understanding Jesus, you should know that he is asking you to understand God first. Start listening to the still quiet voice inside of you. When you start acknowledging God, you will start recognizing Jesus. It all starts with some obedience and that is

exactly what Jesus demonstrated while on this earth. He didn’t call the shots. He was obedient to God the Father who called the shots. Think about this fact if you persist in treating Jesus as God. Jesus was obedient to God.

“You say He is our God, but you do not even know Him. I know Him. If I said otherwise, I would be as great a liar as you! But it is true—I know Him and obey Him.” John 8:55 NLT
