involved? God still expects us all to “reprove” evil. Jackie’s advice to a rape victim would be to try to vomit, get sick and otherwise be a big turn off.
Then there is the nuance of the rape of a non-committed woman in which case the man was forced into marriage for life and had to pay her father a stiff fine for taking his daughter’s virginity. However, once again,
killing the baby was not an option justified by the rape. That is because everyone knew that life was still a precious gift from God in spite of rape!
Incest Abortions
Merriam-Webster’s 4 incest definition is: “Sexual intercourse between persons so closely related that they are forbidden by law to marry; also: the statutory crime of such a relationship.”
So what about incest? This is also a specious argument since it too is almost non-existent in abortion statistics. While we should have compassion and mercy on an incest victim, it should occur as the incest perpetrator is
sufficiently punished by either castration or death. This of course assumes an act of incest rape has occurred, which will be discussed shortly. A study has been conducted on rape and incest victims. According to the authors of Victims and Victors, 19 “Many women in our sample aborted only because
they were pressured to do so, and most reported that the abortion only increased their experience of grief and trauma.” In addition to this unexpected reality, post-abortion research discloses women having abortions experience many harmful physical and psychological complications 20.
Two central biblical questions concerning rape and incest are: “What crime has the baby committed? And, who has authority to sit in judgment over the execution of the baby in the womb except God Himself?”
Now if you profess to be a Christian, you should know that incest was part of the genealogy of Jesus Christ. Yes, that is right. If every incest baby were killed by abortion since time immemorial, Jesus Christ would not have
been born because when you abort Perez you delete Jesus. Is this not God’s way of teaching us not to kill the baby if incest or rape occurs? Study carefully now the genealogy of Christ as explained in Matthew 1:1-17. Note there are 41 generations from Abraham to Jesus Christ.
