Myth—Abortion Doesn’t Matter
The Female’s Egg “Selects” The Right Sperm!
This idea of biblical predestination is confirmed by the fact that the female’s oocyte [egg] actually demonstrates a selection process is in play during conception. In other words, God has given the oocyte or egg the intelligence to select just the right sperm to mate with and not just any sperm
that might arrive. Millions of sperm start the trek towards the egg, but only a few sperm actually arrive at the egg. When they get there, all of those sperm cycle around the egg attempting to gain entry. However, the oocyte has to take action to enable a sperm to enter and it picks just the right one
out of the many that have arrived to mate. The union of the oocyte [egg] and sperm create a zygote cell and human life begins to unfold. The zygote is the point of conception and there is observable intelligence within the process. Yes, it is God that has fashioned His creation in the womb.
There Is Life In Human Blood!
The zygote or fertilized egg has intelligence from God to then attach itself to the uterus and create its own unique blood and circulation system. It
is not the woman’s blood that flows through the fetus; it is the fetus’ blood! When my son Brian was born in 1972, he developed Rh-positive blood, but Jackie’s own blood was opposite. It was Rh-negative. As a result, her body started to create antibodies that then attacked Brian’s “foreign” blood. I’m
happy to report he’s healthy at age 32. However, he had to have a complete blood transfusion in the hospital after he was born to clear out the harmful antibodies. When Jackie and I had children, the Rh risk factor for serious complications increased after each additional birth. After Brian’s near
death, we stopped having children as the inherent risks in our procreation became too great. Modern medicine can now give Rh shots to a woman who has a different Rh factor than her husband. There is life in the blood and God does not want anyone to shed innocent blood. Shedding innocent blood
terminates innocent life. That is God’s perspective!
“Therefore I have said to the people of Israel … the life of every creature is its blood.” Leviticus 17:14 NRSV
