Myth—Abortion Doesn’t Matter

However, perhaps the biggest diversion over the last five months has been a second attempt at seeking justice in the theft and fraud of Solid Rock

Church. I did what God asked me to do. That was to file a second civil complaint and get it in front of a second judge for consideration. That goal was accomplished last Thursday morning.

However, I suffered a rather rapid and stunning legal defeat as the second judge opted for a procedurally based summary judgment choosing to ignore the fraud that was fully documented before her. Simply put, the fraud documentation now available in public records was ignored for a second

time by the Minnesota Tenth District Court. Why? I do not know except that it appears that court “rules” trumps “justice.”

There used to be a time in the United States when the courts dispensed justice and made every attempt to secure it. This should not be assumed in

our country’s courts anymore. Justice is now bought and sold in the court by who has the most expensive and experienced lawyers. It is a game of big guns. That is what the law has been reduced to. And, those big guns do not argue truth; they argue rules of court procedure. Advocate the right court

procedural rules and guess what? Yes, the truth will be ignored and can even get buried in piles of legal documents and case law arguments. Ultimately, those who ignore the truth do so at their own eternal risk with God who warns us —

“They did not welcome the truth but refused to love it that they might be saved.” [2 Thess. 2:10 AMP]

I will talk more about this case, the process and its outcome, along with my spiritual observations and U.S. justice in the upcoming chapter on politics. God has some things to say about justice. Stay tuned.

Right now, it also appears that I am going to receive a stiff civil fine [court sanction] of some dollar amount to be determined by the judge. This could be thousands of dollars. God has warned me to be prepared to take a hit for His righteousness’ sake. I am at peace over the matter since I did

exactly what He asked of me. An interesting question to ask is whether or not this will be a bad thing for me. The answer is I really do not know.
