Myth—Abortion Doesn’t Matter

In the NOVA documentary entitled Miracle of Life, 14 WGBH in Boston presents the “first filmed record of human conception.” It shows the

millions of male sperm and how they attempt to impregnate a single female egg. An Amazon.com review states: “The viewer follows an egg from its follicular development in an ovary, through the delicate, flowery fallopian tube for fertilization, and on to the uterus for development and eventual

birth. Likewise, we follow the shorter journey of millions of sperm as they develop and strive mightily to reach the egg.” A health teacher in a middle school comments: “There is no doubt left by the video about when life begins—the moment of conception is the beginning of life.” Indeed, one

concludes after watching this documentary that human life is indeed a miracle to behold with wonder and awe. It is what our God has created.

A Mother’s Womb Should Protect New Life!

Wouldn’t the Prophet Isaiah be shocked to learn that millions of women now show “no compassion for the child of their womb?” Society has trained women to ignore the compassion, which is a God given part of their nurturing nature. Since God fashions us in the womb, women having
