Myth—Abortion Doesn’t Matter
“For your own lifeblood I will surely require a reckoning:
from every animal I will require it and from human beings, each one for the blood of another, I will require a reckoning for human life. Whoever sheds the blood of a human, by a human shall that person’s blood be shed; for in His own

“So that the blood of an innocent person may not be shed in the land that the Lord your God is giving you as an inheritance, thereby bringing bloodguilt upon you.”
Deut. 19:10 NRSV
“From oppression and violence He redeems their life; and precious is their blood in His sight.” Psalm 72:14 NRSV

was taken by c-section stillborn at seven months. The cause of death was a twisted umbilical cord. It would appear that he played and twisted the cord too much, eventually cutting off his supply of life sustaining nutrients.
Dylan would have been my daughter Patty’s second boy. We were all looking forward to his birth, when suddenly he stopped moving. In the hospital I had the opportunity to hold Dylan and I can tell you he was perfectly developed. At six pounds, he would have made it outside the

their lungs when they open their mouths. The idea that there is no life until they breathe air is just another specious argument. God has provided the
