Chapter 20: Myth—Politics Doesn’t Matter

Clearly the ACLU has an agenda. When I asked them for assistance on the issue of the denial of my “due process” rights, they expressed no

interest in helping me fight this legal battle in court I was unable to fight by myself. The ACLU also didn’t care if a thief had orchestrated the theft of a church. That was of no interest to them. Yet, when a 15-year old teen’s testimony mentions God on a government supported web site — they go to

court within 30 days to protect whose rights? Theirs? Are they a victim? Who forced them to read this teen’s testimony? Yet more importantly, why is it offensive in the first place if we have not become a debased society far from the moral moorings that our Founding Fathers set in place?

Often such court legal challenges will get the law “stayed” by the Court and then later barred from taking effect or in the case of the web site the perceived offensive material removed. The United States is supposed to be a government “of the people and by the people.” Yet everywhere we turn

the courts are modifying what the people have ordained. For example, Federal and State Constitutions are under assault and being interpreted by activist courts to approve every form of immorality as some kind of protective right for an individual. Well, what about protecting society from

the tyranny of perverse “individual rights?” Why are homosexuals granted the right to teach children that their behavior is moral, when it violates the morality of 98-99% of the population and their right to teach children that it is immoral? The founder’s solution is to throw off such an evil government.

The question for those who are moral is whether we will have a peaceful transition back to a moral state or whether there will be forced changed or succession or even another civil war. What will a return to morality take?

The legislatures can start impeaching activist judges who legislate from the bench and the country can modify our Constitution to make it clear that this is a moral nation. We can start with a marriage amendment that bans Gay marriage AND Gay civil unions. Moral people should not be

forced to pay taxes to support immorality, because it is patented injustice. That would include embryonic stem cell research. Forcing moral people to support immoral policies eventually leads to war if not corrected. This isn’t about State’s rights; it is about maintaining moral States and a moral nation.

Morality bound us together at our founding. Immorality now threatens to tear our great nation apart.
