“Now may the God of patience and comfort grant you to be

like-minded toward one another, according to Christ Jesus, that you may with one mind and one mouth glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.” Romans 15:5-6

“Finally, brethren, farewell. Become complete. Be of good comfort, be of one mind, live in peace; and the God of love and peace will be with you.” 2 Cor. 13:11

“Fulfill my joy by being like-minded, having the same love,

being of one accord, of one mind.” Philip. 2:2

“Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus.” Philip. 2:5

“Whose end is destruction, whose god is their belly, and whose glory is in their shame — who set their mind on earthly things.” Philip. 3:19

“Set your mind on things above, not on things on the earth.” Col. 3:2

“These are of one mind, and they will give their power and authority to the beast.” Rev. 17:13

God makes it clear that Christians are not the only group of people

that may be like-minded. Evil people are also “of one mind” and part of that is by God’s judgment day design. Study Revelation chapter 17 to explore how evil people will turn their political powers over to Satan. Evil people will parish despite the mythology that exists in Christian circles. Every

Christian’s choice is to be moral in God’s eyes or in the world’s eyes. With God, it’s His morality; with the world, it’s a “morality of rights” issue. As the political split continues to take shape in the United States, the real Christians are easily identifiable as those who adhere to the Word. This isn’t

rocket science and it gets back to those Christians who are “sincere” toward God. Many are named Christian, but many Christians exist in name only.
