“But as God is faithful, our word to you was [certainly] not [duplicitous, meaning both] Yes and No.” 2 Cor. 1:18

“Be [even politically] faithful until [your] death, and I will give you the crown of life.” Rev. 2:10

Our nation also needs to be faithful to God. We cannot be diverted from His moral concerns just because the world seems to be falling apart. Diverting our attention from God is a game that Satan plays. It is meant to take God out of our mental considerations. However, we need to FIRST be

morally faithful to God. Then, He will take us through the ugly trials of the world safely. Yet, can a nation with millions of moral hypocrites condoning evil — produce anything but evil? Paul’s teaching on not saying “Yes and No” is instructive, because to do so means you are a duplicitous hypocrite, saying you believe one thing [in His Word] and doing the opposite [ignoring

His Word]. In the end, this is an issue of being faithful in the small things even unto our death. “Real” Christians adhere to His Word and give thanks to God. This demonstrates an understanding of God; it isn’t complicated.

Jesus said, “Therefore do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ For after all these things the Gentiles seek. For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But

seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble[s].”

Matthew 6:31-34

Elitists think that you are not enlightened if you believe in God, yet the exact opposite is the truth. Verily I say unto that it is those who do not

acknowledge God who are unenlightened. When you understand God, you understand why He told David the following in 1 Kings 2:1-4, “If your sons take heed to their way, to walk before Me in truth with all their heart and with all their soul, you shall not lack a man on the throne.” [Nor will such a

godly nation lack My protection]. The Founders of our nation understood these facts. Consider Washington’s first Thanksgiving Proclamation. 26
