The presidency is the most balanced in terms of party affiliation. This should not surprise us since the President has to reach across both party lines when seeking election. It is an irony that Eisenhower appointed Earl Warren and Nixon appointed Warren Burger to the Supreme Court. The Warren and

Burger Courts were the most legislatively activist courts in history. Again, the impeachment solution rests solely with the House of Representatives!
