Take the matter to heart and be aware that if a District Court judge’s

ruling is overturned that there is no consequence to the overturned judge. Therefore, District Court judges have great legal authority to rule as they please and are basically unaccountable unless there is a public outcry over a case or perhaps some concerted impeachment effort. Woe to the unrighteous

Almost two years had elapsed and I was approaching the statute of limitations for commencing any further legal action. In the research I had conducted, several lawyers advised I could refile if I could comply with the legal requirements of the complaint. The Minnesota Attorney General’s

Office even supplied me with a letter recommending I refile the complaint. Still, I wasn’t sure I wanted to expend the tremendous effort involved. I took it to God in prayer over many months. The message I got was to get it in front of another judge. It made sense since the first judge saw clearly the

church fraud. Maybe another judge would see clearly? Yet, I didn’t know.

The amount of spiritual pressure I was feeling from God was great and I eventually caved in. After I filed a new and more detailed complaint

encompassing all 11-fraud elements, I felt an incredible sense of relief. I knew then that I had done what God wanted me to do regardless of the outcome. The goal? It was simple. “Just get it in front of another judge.” Of course, when I filed a discovery requests, I felt more peace.

Eventually I put together a summary judgment filing since I felt the documents obtained from the first court filing and the new complaint was proof positive that the fraud had been committed. Not only against my own personal assets but also against hundreds of other unsuspecting church

victims. Some of these victims still go to this church and remain clueless that their pastor stole their church. When you think about, it sounds bizarre, doesn’t it? Yet the public documents exist to prove it even if the courts want to ignore the fraud by playing “rules” games.

I did get the case before another judge. The third judge also turned out to be unrighteous. In the strangest moment of my life, I lost my voice.
