I want you to understand this clearly. The documentation of fraud

was in the court’s hands. The first Judge saw it and served notice on the defendants attorneys. They compromised him and we wound up with a second judge that was not concerned with justice, but rules. Every District Court judge is granted significant authority when fraud is involved. The

fraud was before the court, but the second judge granted summary judgment to the defendants and dismissed my case.

In court round #1, I was first introduced to a righteous judge and then

to an unrighteous judge. I can certainly characterize the second judge as being unrighteous because, with documented proof of a massive church theft in his hands, he manifested injustice to hundreds of victims in the local community. Fraud was evidenced, but he chose to ignore the fraud.

Quite a contrast huh? A righteous judge mediates a settlement and an unrighteous judge sanctions fraud. Thus is the situation in District Courts. You should also know that the decisions of District Court judges carry heavy weight in Appeals Courts and are not easily overturned. Did I have money

to wage an appeal? No. Did I have energy to wage an appeal? No. The unrighteous “rules-oriented” second judge, however, provided a five-page legal brief on what was wrong with the structure of the complaint I filed, in the strict legal rules sense. I studied the matter and took it to God in prayer.

Now, not only had the church been successfully stolen but the court didn’t even care. It was, by my estimate, a $6 million dollar theft. Not bad for a white-collar crime, if you believe that God isn’t real.

I pondered the complexity of the legal system that exists in the U.S. and how the wealthy can buy justice that is denied to the poor. And, if you do not have finances in substantive civil matters, how the system locks you out from justice. I believed that my due process rights had been violated,

because of some case law I had uncovered. If there was indication that fraud was involved, the District Court judge is granted great powers to prevent injustice from becoming manifested. Isn’t that what took place? Later in a legal discussion, I learned that it is not unusual for a District Court judge to

violate the law. The solution is to make an appeal. I have been told that the Appeals Court will uphold laws, which the District Court may ignore.
