The U.S. Justice system does not seek justice. Surprised? You shouldn’t be with all the injustice that permeates our society. Instead, it is

an advocacy system that seeks winners and losers. The justice system is nothing short of a rat maze as shown in the lower part of the above graphic. Once you enter the legal maze, you cannot exit except by a legal “rules” method. Judges are craftily guided by court rules instead of justice per se.

As a result, those who lie and can hire the biggest guns for attorneys will often prevail, because their “rules” arguments and lies will force the Judge into giving them want they want.

If you’ve studied the above quotes of John Adams, you now realize that the Massachusetts’ Supreme Court morally erred when it ruled that the State must marry Gays and lesbians. It is obvious that the justices were debased and did not take into consideration the morality built into the State’s Constitution by its Founders. Secondly, they did not seek God’s morality —

they bought the morality of rights or the Rights of Man argument. They amplified the moral breach that exists within our justice system and it will result in nationwide litigation. There are many examples of injustice.

Consider that the Senate is the highest court in our land when it comes to impeachment. Did the Senate render justice? No, the Senate sanctioned immorality. The outcome of their immoral decision will reverberate in society for decades to come. What shall we now tell high school students?

That they need to be honest? Why? They have observed with their own intellect that the president of the United States could lie, even under oath, with impunity. Yet, you know if the average man or woman in the United States lied to a Federal Court the way Clinton did and got caught, he or she

would wind up in jail. There is a double standard in our legal system and justice is won or lost depending upon the legal resources you can afford.

And what if you cannot afford to hire a competent attorney? What if

you’ve been charged with a criminal offense and must be assigned a public defender? Well, you had better pray a lot. I have observed that public defenders actually work for the County Attorney’s Office and their job is to get you to cooperate with the State in its effort to prosecute you. They will

even counsel you to lie to make it easier on yourself. Don’t believe me? Then consider the case of Chuck Schuldt who was railroaded by the court.
