Myth—Giving 10% Is A Tithe

Still, and for discussion sake, suppose the businessman listened to

Matthews since he did not have time to study God’s Word. Eventually he went broke and never understood why. Well for starters, he gave the tithe preacher $10 and his net profit was only $10. Therefore, he never made any profit to sustain his business operations. Who then robbed God? It wasn’t

the businessman. It was the tithe preacher. Such is the nature of the tithe today. Instead of people robbing God, it is the tithe preacher who robs God and has taught people to disobey what His Word teaches.

The Salaried Gross Lie!

Maybe you are a salaried person. Say your gross income is $3,000 per month. However, after taxes, social security, medical insurance and the cost of getting back and forth to work are factored in, you wind up with

about $1200 per month for your family to live on. Subtract your $800 house payment and you now have only $400 to work with. How much does the tithe preacher want from you? Of course, he wants $300 or literally 75% of what you actually wind up with in your hands. Does this sound familiar to

you? Who is robbing God? It is the tithe preacher. He is an extortioner and his extortion causes great pain in many families who sincerely do want to give to God and to do what is right in His eyes.

No One Can Out Give God?

There is this true statement: “I’ve never seen anyone out give God.” However, if you tithe, you are not giving to God. He has told you not to tithe. Therefore, the use of that statement with tithing is flawed. I have seen

families live on the local food shelves because they tithed to the church. I have seen families lose their homes. I have even seen businessmen go bankrupt tithing to the church. What makes the difference between a gift of faith to God and the tithe? The tithe is based on lies and the misrepresenting

of the word of God. Many who tithe do so because they are fearful of being cursed. What an irony. They are fearful of being cursed by not tithing and yet that is exactly what happens when they do tithe. What a satanic twist!
