“But the prophet who presumes to speak a word in My name, which I have not commanded him to speak, or who speaks in the name of other gods, that prophet shall die.” Deut. 18:20

“Then the prophet Jeremiah said to Hananiah the prophet, ‘Hear now, Hananiah, the Lord has not sent you, but you make this people trust in a lie.’ ” Jeremiah 28:15

Perhaps the saddest thing is that some Christians will still believe that Paul J. Hill was a prophet doing God’s will. This in spite of what God’s Word says. There are many in Christianity with their own agenda and own version of God’s Word. We are not the ones who can call God to change

His ways. It is God who calls us to change our ways.

Paul Hill is like many who not only feel free to judge —they also feel free to take action. That is what makes his case an excellent illustration for

God’s Word. Remember we learned when a doctrine is established that goes against the word of God that it is a false doctrine; that it is manmade? I am also concerned about the senseless baby killings. It is clear that Hitler’s murder of six million Jews does not even come close to the estimated forty-

one million American babies that have now been murdered via the rulings of the U.S. Supreme Court. To state that both of these groups of murdered people represent genocide, evil and the immorality of man’s ways is a gross understatement. Think about the mass of evil that abortion is in God’s eyes.

Yet God has explicitly reserved vengeance for Himself. Therefore, consideration of God’s character must be at the forefront of any biblical analysis. Can we rationalize behavior that is against the character of God and then claim that we walk in His will? No, we cannot!

Consider these other instructions of God to us in this matter.

“You shall surely rebuke your neighbor [the abortion

doctor, the mother, the father, etc.], and not bear sin because of him [them].” Leviticus 19:17

“You shall not take vengeance.” Leviticus 19:18
