Chapter 13: A Light On My Path

This short version of the events that led up to the decision of my heart

gives you a brief view of what my life was like. How I grew into God’s apostle is a subject for another time. My mind had become sophisticated through years of advanced education. Yet all that I learned was meaningless in this life. I wandered around spiritually during the first thirty-two years of

my life until one day in which I had an epiphany from God. On that day, I “knew” God throughout my whole being. God showed Himself to me and He taught me. From the Father, I readily came to know and appreciate Jesus Christ His only human Son. For me, Jesus is a teacher of God’s ways

not his own. In other words, Jesus always points the way to the Father.

If you will open the door of your heart to God, it will complete His communications channel to your soul. Nobody ever told me the difference between God being in the mind and God being in the heart. Now you know.

You can make the choice to take God deeper into your own soul as a result. You can let God into the bowels of your soul where your heart is guarded. When you embrace God with your whole heart, you will find a thirst for His Word; it will become more important to you than any words from a pulpit.

At that time, YAHWEH’S Word will become a light unto your own path.

Your Word [YAHWEH] is a lamp to my feet and a light for my path.” Psalm 119:105 NIV

“God’s metaphysical manifestations in my life became observable and intense after I willingly opened the doorway to my heart for Him to enter in. At that moment, the communications channel for God’s instructions became

completed and He became a bright light on my path.” The Apostle Edward
