God’s communications must actually get to our heart, the bowels and core of our soul. Don’t think of the mind and heart as simply those muscles

and organs in our physical body. When the Bible speaks of these, there is much more involved from a spiritual perspective than just a physical body part. For example: Being of the same mind; having the mind of Christ, etc.

Graphically, when I gave my heart to God, I opened the doorway from my mind to my heart so He could have control. It was a choice I have never regretted. Life has been very exciting for me since that day. Now, can you understand statements like: a) He or she doesn’t have a heart for it; or, b)

Let’s get to the heart of the matter? All such statements acknowledge that at the core of who we are, our soul has a heart in which true beliefs are kept.
