Myth—Everybody Gets To Go

Martin Luther King’s statement of the 1960’s is just as prophetic as Edmund Burke’s statement of the 18th century. And isn’t exactly this social phenomenon-taking place today before our very eyes? Isn’t a battery of evil lawyers intent on altering the very foundation of our laws supporting this

evil effort? Verily I say unto you that silent good people may get repaid with eternal damnation, because good people do speak up against evil. All of us have a duty to God to do what is right in His eyes. We do not have an excuse to remain silent on moral confrontations. When someone allows evil to go forward because they keep their mouth shut, they have committed evil

in God’s eyes and have failed to meet His minimum righteousness standard. Therefore, the “silence of the good people” is an oxymoron to a God that expects righteousness. Indeed, it too is part of Christian mythology.

Three Groups Judged — One Group Not Judged!

Jesus teaches that three different groups of people will be judged and that one group of people will not be judged. Those that are judged will be

raised or condemned on “the last day!” I am not fully sure exactly what the phrase means. I personally believe it means on your last day as “in the day that you physically die.” The day you shed our first earthly vessel. That would be consistent with my belief that we are immediately transported into

either an eternal life or an eternal damnation upon our earthly death. It would also be consistent with Christ’s statement to the thief that, “today you will be with me in Paradise.” Others believe that it means the “Day of the Lord” or the day of Christ’s return. If you are of that mindset, then you

might think it means the moment you come out of the ground and get reunited with Christ. However, there is more to the issue to consider in the “ground debate” as Jesus clearly teaches that one group of people have already received eternal life while on earth in this earthly body. In fact, Jesus states, “they have already passed from death to life.”
