Myth—Everybody Gets To Go
“There is no right or wrong, everything is just relative.” 17
“God is the God of Christianity.” 18
Comment: Walsch writes in opposition to a prior statement of his that God is a God with no religions or religious affiliations.
It is another example of his Orwellian double-speak.
“Obedience can never produce salvation.” 19
Comment: The issue of obedience is a central theme throughout
the Bible. Any assertion obedience doesn’t matter is opposite of Jesus’ teachings. Obedience is the real issue in all apostasy.
“There is no judgment in the afterlife.” 20
“Reincarnation” is true—[second reference]. 21
“All illness is self-created.” 22
“Your body was designed to last forever.” 23
Comment: This is also double-speak. Are we designed or did
we evolve through evolution? Which is it? It can’t be both.
“And in this holy instant came you, out of the sea.” 24
“At the outset, the idea was for you wonderful souls to have a chance to know your Selves as Who You Really Are through experiences gained in the physical body, in the relative world—as I have explained repeatedly here. This was done
through the slowing down of the unfathomable speed of all vibration (thought form) to produce matter—including the matter you call the physical body. Life evolved through a series of steps in the blink of an eye that you now call billions
of years. And in this holy instant came you, out of the sea, the water of life, onto the land and into the form you now hold.” 24
