However, like Moses, human errors in judgment and even getting

confronted with potential sin happen all the time, every day. Our job is to pick up the cross daily and to choose each day to be all that we can be for God. The heart of an apostle strives to make righteous choices because he or she understands they have to or otherwise they do not belong to God. The

heart of an apostle will not willfully sin. The heart of the apostle will trust in God to guide him or her through life’s minefield. And, should they find themselves unwittingly involved in some kind of sin, they will confront that sin as soon as it is humanly recognized. The heart of an apostle knows he or

she can become 99% perfect. Practice to 99%—yes; Perfect to 100% —no!

As we walk with God daily and as our knowledge of God’s Word gains depth, our spiritual discernment increases. As our spiritual knowledge and discernment increase, we will become more perfect in God’s eyes by the

day and by the minute. As you make more and more right choices based upon God’s Word, your spiritual strength will become strong. The stronger you get, the closer to God you get. The closer to God you get and the more active you demonstrate your faith, the more of a target you will make

yourself to the enemies of God. Hence, the more of Christ’s strength you will need in your life. Satan doesn’t care about “so-called Christians” who don’t stand up for righteousness. Why is that? They’re into myths not God.

“And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for My strength is made perfect in weakness.” 2 Cor. 12:9 KJV

“For though I would desire to glory, I shall not be a fool; for

I will say the truth: but now I forbear, lest any man should think of me above that which he seeth me to be, or that he heareth of me.” 2 Cor. 12:6 KJV

With the assurance of salvation in your life, you need to adopt the heart of an apostle. A heart like Paul who writes: “Lest any man think of me above that which he seeth me to be, or that he heareth of me.” Paul understood his job was to glorify God, not himself. Yet, in these last days,

men are boasters of themselves. Indeed, they see themselves 100% perfect in every way. Even on the same level with God as Satan saw himself.
