Only an estimated 22% who say they are born-again say they believe
in moral absolutes. Therefore, the word Christian and term born-again are both useless in describing God’s people. Unless you walk in the light of God as Jesus did, your soul is lost. One orthodox writer laments that no one is paying attention to orthodox teachings. I say it is just the opposite. It is
orthodoxy that they are listening to! In 2,000 years, orthodoxy has evolved to where Christians are taught that their sins no longer matter. “Once saved, always saved!” In fact, “You can’t obey the Ten Commandments if you tried!” — “That is why you need Jesus!” Given such apostasy, why should
Christianity be surprised when it produces Christians like former U.S. President Bill Clinton whose behavior demonstrates that they don’t believe in moral absolutes?
Jesus said: “The thief does not come except to steal, and to
kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.” John 10:10
