III. Heavenly Attributes

1. Jesus was known as Christ in Heaven and now has a new name. 2. Jesus was an angel of God and the first of God’s creations. 3. God chose Christ as atonement for mankind’s sin. 4. Christ now sits at the right hand of God Almighty.

5. Christ serves as judge of souls executing God’s will in Heaven. 6. God gave Christ a higher status than angel because he was Jesus. 7. The oneness of Christ and God is the same oneness of believers. 8. Christ had unlimited love for God and submitted to His will.

9. Christ had unlimited love for man because of oneness with God.

III. Earthly Attributes

1. Jesus was a human in every respect just like you and I. 2. Born of Virgin Mary who was impregnated by God. 3. Born through a mother’s womb like you and I.

4. Raised as a baby and child like you and I. 5. Assumed the adult ministry that God called him to. 6. Walked in a fellowship of oneness with God. 7. Jesus was God’s in your face call for man’s repentance.

8. God’s word was manifested to all men by Christ’s humanity. 9. Jesus reiterated God’s timeless message to “repent and be saved.” 10. Jesus spoke only what God told him to say. 11. Jesus did only what God told him to do.

12. Performed God’s miracles to help us understand the kingdom. 13. Brought back the Word to reawaken God’s chosen people. 14. Showed us by example a sinless and righteous life all could walk. 15. An historical record of Jesus exists that cannot be denied.

16. The resurrection of Jesus provides proof of an eternal afterlife. 17. Jesus documented only a few souls will walk God’s narrow way. 18. Jesus documented many souls will be lost because of their sin.

IV. In Christ Attributes 1. We are a new creation when we put on the new man. 2. We walk in the spirit’s control instead of the flesh.

3. We become slaves to righteousness and all sin is anathema to us. 4. We have the spiritual strength to walk in righteousness.
