The pastor’s appearance was angelic and his smile captivating.

However, if anyone confronted him about apostasy, we never saw him or her again from that moment in time. The pastor expelled them from the church. By this method, he slowly eliminated the righteous of God out of the church. Today, it is left with only those ignorant of God’s Word. Indeed, it is filled

with those who travel the wide path, which leads to destruction [illustrated in the graphic below]. Please note that the wide path defined below contains 50% righteousness and 50% unrighteousness. The people who travel this path operate on both God’s turf and Satan’s turf. They believe that their sin makes no difference since they do good works. They never exceed the

minimum righteousness requirement; they never operate in the area of faith in God. God
