The problem with the perverted grace doctrine of the Nicolaitans is
that it ignores the two fundamental spiritual forces of God when it comes to choices. The fundamental forces are simple and straightforward and involve only two considerations. Those two considerations are righteousness and sin, which is the opposite of righteousness. Righteousness moves us closer
to God and sin moves us closer to Satan. No matter what you might think of God’s grace, it simply does not condone sin. Furthermore, Paul’s teachings do not condone sin. To twist the Apostle Paul’s grace teachings into the freedom to sin [licentiousness] is not only apostasy it is an utter abomination unto God. The two fundamental spiritual forces involving our choices can
be viewed as shown in the graphic below.
