Christianity does not, let me explain the full truth of John 3:16. The truth is unveiled by a careful study of Jesus’ words in John 12:44.

“Then Jesus cried out and said, ‘he who believes in me, believes not in me but in Him who sent me.’ ” John 12:44

Now put the pieces of the puzzle together and you will realize the following teachings of Jesus Christ:

1. Jesus Christ was a messenger of God. 2. He was God’s only begotten Son in the flesh.

3. He was the image of God Almighty before our eyes. 4. He only spoke what God told him to say. 5. He only did what God told him to do.

Therefore, Jesus says that if you believe in him, you really believe in the Father who sent him. Think about this. Is it easier to believe in a God that you cannot see or is it easier to believe in someone who claims to be the Son of God who stands before you in the flesh like any other human being?

How about the human Son of God who willingly goes to the cross to die for your sins? If you think it is easier to believe in Jesus, you are wrong. Yet with the miracles God performed through him, it was made easier and more real to those who were able to see and touch Jesus at the time.

True belief in Jesus Christ equates to belief in God Almighty and His realities, His commandments and His righteousness. Therefore, Jesus made it clear that those who “really believe” in him would obey God. What were

the main points of Jesus’ earthly mission? First, it was to provide one final and perfect sacrifice for all of mankind. Second, it was to point everyone back to Yahweh with the Gospel of Christ, which is “repent and be saved.”

Therefore, the focus of Christianity is wrong. It focuses on Christ, yet Christ himself focused on the Father, his God [Yahweh]. Christianity has its priorities mixed up and has conjured up various doctrines to rationalize its salvation only in Christ doctrine. However, Joel 2:32 and many other

verses stand in sharp defiance to this false Christian teaching.
