Now the two main questions were: A) Is the roof damaged; and, (B) Is

the damage covered by the insurance on the house? The contractor came and made an assessment of the roof, which was not my area of expertise. He then represented the damage claim to the insurance company.

The contractor and insurance claims adjuster examined the roof in detail. They took pictures, measurements and chalked out damaged areas. When they were done, the insurance adjuster told me that the roof had been damaged by the storm and that they would replace it. Today, I have a new roof. However, I had to get out of the way. God told me that it was my own

judgmentalism that was in the way of the roof getting replaced. He also said that it wasn’t my business. It was the contractor and insurance company’s business. It was they who had control over what happened to the roof, not I. For my part, if a loss on the property was suspected, God informed me that I

had a duty to myself, and the mortgage company, to report the suspected loss to the insurer for their examination.

The same thing exists with you and your ideas about salvation. What

business is it of yours if God has something different to teach you in the Holy Bible about His salvation? If God tells me to show you Scriptures on salvation that are opposite to your pastor or denomination’s teaching, you then have to make a choice. Do you accept God’s Word on the issue of His

salvation? Or, will you allow judgmentalism and rationalization to keep you from the truth about salvation? Live in a house for 30 years and I guarantee you will have some judgmentalism about that house. It can color the way you view things and even offer you a basis for rationalization. It can even

get in your way of doing what you need to do or learning what you need to learn. Get taught Christian mythology all of your life and I guarantee that you will have judgmentalism about the subject of God’s salvation.

Now the primary question for Christianity is this. Is there salvation apart from Jesus Christ? The answer is yes, there is! The very next question is whether just claiming Jesus Christ is assurance of your salvation. The answer is no, Jesus may say to you: “I never knew you.” This chapter will

show you why these answers are true and why God’s eternal salvation transcends Jesus Christ.
