Chapter 12: The False Salvation Doctrine

Page 15

Paul touches on the idea of continued sin many times. Having studied Paul’s teachings in depth, I cannot understand how so many people can use

his teachings to justify their desire to continue in sin. Except for the sole answer that those people are Satan’s servants headed to eternal damnation.

“But if, while we seek to be justified by Christ, we ourselves also are found sinners, is Christ therefore a minister of sin?

Certainly not!” Galatians 2:17

“I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the

flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.” Galatians 2:20

Do you offer a filthy vessel of sin for Christ’s spirit to dwell in? Do

you honestly think that the Spirit of God and the spirit of Christ would occupy a vessel that willfully continues to sin? Or, can you understand the Apostle Paul’s admonishment to “awake to righteousness” and get to know the God that you claim to serve? Apostle Paul knew God and exactly how

offensive willful sin is to Him, do you?

“Blessed is the man to whom the Lord [Yahweh] shall not impute sin.” Romans 4:8

Talking about the second half of Paul’s salvation recipe in the book of Romans takes you smack into the middle of behavioral issues, into the middle of our continued willful sins. It literally forces us to address and take

into consideration what God says is right and wrong behavior in this earthly life. We are asked through Jesus Christ to return to God’s righteousness, which was discussed in detail in the last chapter. Yet for two thousand years the Christian Church has only fed its people baby milk. The consequences

of that baby milk are now coming to roost in a huge flock within the Christian Church headed towards Hell instead of Heaven.
