I am happy to find out that there appears to be a schism taking shape

within the Episcopal Church over the recent ordination of the homosexual bishop. This is great spiritual news. It means there are some righteous Episcopal assemblies. I heard a homosexual Episcopalian on the news and he estimated that if the “conservative” wing of the church bolts, it would

only be a membership loss of about 13%. He said it was nothing to worry about suggesting they would become small like the Quakers. Let me tell you something. It will be better for you if you are a part of a small group of righteous believers than a member of a large unrighteous church. You are not a righteous person unless you stand your ground for God’s righteousness

and His truth. That is what it means to “live by faith.” Faith in God!

So, go ahead all you willful sinners [unrighteous people] and call on the name of Jesus Christ as your “Lord” for your salvation till you are blue

in the face. Then see where your unrepentant and unrighteous heart has gotten you when you come face to face with Christ. Without a doubt, this apostle confirms to you from God that Jesus Christ will tell such a person: “I never knew you, depart from me you who practice lawlessness.”

That a changed heart is a requirement of “living unto God in faith” is so fundamental with God that it is not debatable. What are debatable are the subtle reasons of exactly why Christianity has ignored the full salvation

message of Paul. Yes, the gift of salvation is from God’s grace. Yet, your receipt of God’s salvation is acknowledged through your changed heart unto God’s righteousness. Perhaps this would be a good time to go back and read the first seven chapters of this book. You know, the “Matters of the Heart.”

Consider for the moment that you have one really good and close friend. It’s the kind of person that you can share anything with. Jackie’s friend Dorothy was that kind of person to Jackie and vice versa. This is the

kind of friend that loves you so much that no matter what you tell them, they will not condemn you. Can you relate to this type of friendship? I hope so as everyone in this earthly life deserves such a friend. The friendship and love you share with such a person runs so deep that you wouldn’t think of

doing anything that you know would certainly offend them.
